Operation requirements of charcoal molding machine before starting production

The life of charcoal briquette machine, carbon powder briquette machine, etc. depends on the normal operation. If it is operated properly, it can prolong its life. The following are the operating requirements of our factory for charcoal briquette machine:

        1. Please inject 25 kg of gear oil before starting the machine (one can be used continuously for more than 10 years). After refueling, tighten the oil plug.

        2. Carefully check the power lines to prevent problems and leakage, and ensure safe use of electricity.

        3. Carefully check the bolts of the machine motor and the connecting parts of the transmission parts. Whether the screws are strong and loose or not, so as to be fastened in time.

        4. Set the preheating temperature according to the type of the object. Corn and wheat straw are between 80 degrees Celsius and 90 degrees Celsius, and peanut shell rice husks are between 80 degrees Celsius and 100 degrees Celsius.

        5. After turning on the machine, first idle for 1 minute, check whether the machine rotates normally. When it is normal, feed it in a small amount. After the residual material in the standby device is cleaned, it can be evenly loaded.

        6. Before loading, please pay attention to the hard materials in the raw materials, and prevent stones and iron blocks from entering the silo to avoid damage to the machine.

        7. For every 8 hours of operation, you must refuel the oil filling on the universal joint once, and apply 2-3 drops of oil at a time. Please put a little wet material before stopping, so that it can be discharged smoothly after the next day.
